We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or any reason other than a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items, Full Refund or Replacement

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will process a full refund to your original payment method or provide a free replacement after reviewing the issue.

If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid return label and instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non Returnable / Non Refundable Items

Because all sales are final, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Change of mind or sizing issues
• Sale items or gift cards
• Personal care items such as beauty products
• Custom or personalized products
• Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds for defective, damaged, or incorrect items will be processed within 10 business days after inspection and approval.

Please note that banks or credit card providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
